With millions of contradictory articles about health readily found on the Internet, it’s hard not to experience great confusion (aka pulling out of one’s own hair), stress, and fears that we are getting six too many or too few minutes of exercise per week, or that our intestines are dissolving right under our noses from toxins and GMOs. And that, my friends, makes me feel downright sick.
Not to fear: Grandma Girl Scout is going to dig through it all and post some nerdy science based facts along with yummy recipes and mysteries solved, so you can kick back and hopefully at least believe that I won’t lead you too far astray.
